#GetSetGoFurther to University with Officeworks
It’s March once again, which not only means autumn but also the start of a new semester for all university students. Have you ever wondered how I manage to juggle work, study and a social life at the same time without being overwhelmed? I believe the key to a successful school year is to be well prepared, and in this post I share with you my key must-have items to have in university in a collaboration with Officeworks.
The HP Envy 4504 is my new best friend. It allows me to print straight from my smartphone, tablet and Macbook wirelessly. My favourite aspect of it would definitely be the high quality resolution of the photographs and postcards I print. I spent a delightful afternoon scanning the hard copies of my Instax instant films so I can have digital copies on my hard drive. I can already anticipate the amount of university essays and assignments I’m going to print this year, and it’s comforting to know I can write my essay on my phone and print it directly without having to go back to my laptop.
It’s absolutely crucial to know what you need at school (or in my case, university lectures and seminars) and it all starts with what you put in your bag. My key essentials are:
- Michael Kors Selma Satchel in Black (smart and structured, it fits everything I need. I also love this backpack and this tote.)
- Officeworks X A4 Display Book Frosted, 40 sleeves (I put all my notes, assignments and handouts in this book. It’s a massive lifesaver when I need to find a document fast.)
- Toshiba 1TB Canvio USB3.0 Portable Hard Drive (my laptop holds about 500GB of space. As a photographer, this additional 1TB is space I really need to back up my files.)
- Uniball Signo Gel Grip Pen in Black (I have straight and neat handwriting, and my favourite type of pen to use is one with grip for its comfort and speed – all fellow students will understand how hard it is to find a good pen that doesn’t torture their hands after writing 1000 words in an hour.)
A gorgeous notebook is something I like having in class to cheer me up just in case I’m having a rough day and need visual aesthetics to keep me focused. This A5 soft cover journal with the British print is lovely and has 240 thick, blank and white pages for me to write on. It’s so pretty; I almost don’t want to write anything in it at all!
